Workplace Signals™ Response Stewardship

Workplace Signals™ is designed so that professionals manage engagements, not individual participant responses. Once an anonymous response has been submitted, it is not accessible, editable, or deletable by the professional who created or manages the engagement.

Workplace Signals responses may be retained by CoreShift and combined with other observations to help identify broader workplace patterns and trends. Appropriately collected anonymous observations may be analyzed and used for workplace research, learning, improvement of CoreShift tools and services, and the development of aggregated or derived workplace insights and knowledge.

CoreShift does not require participants to provide their name or contact information as part of the Workplace Signals experience. Participants should not include names or other information that could identify themselves or another person in optional narrative responses.

If an engagement is later completed or archived, submitted anonymous responses and related visibility records remain subject to CoreShift’s privacy, retention, and data-governance practices. CoreShift may retain, anonymize, aggregate, analyze, or delete such records as permitted or required by applicable law, participant disclosures, and its governing policies.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data only in the following cases:

With trusted service providers who help operate our website or business (e.g., hosting, email services), bound by confidentiality obligations.
